We are pleased to announce that the current Siberia Ventures I 2025 fund has completed its cycle in strict accordance with the plan.:
- Closing date: January 31, 2026.
- Distribution period: 14 working days from the date of closing.

In the completed annual cycle, the Siberia Ventures I 2025 fund has fully fulfilled its obligations: we closed the fund on schedule, reached the stated profitability for our LPS, and successfully implemented a full exit (withdrawal) on the portfolio in favor of investors.

It was fundamentally important for us to show that the strategy that we declare at the entrance coincides with what happens at the exit: in terms of timing, numbers and transparency.

Siberia Opportunity Fund: 1 quarter of operation

After closing the annual fund, we launched a new product, the Siberia Opportunity Fund, focused on short—term OTC transactions with stakes in the world's best technology companies before they go public (PRE-IPO, IPO).

This model allows us to capture profits relatively quickly and with controlled risk (all transactions are 100% protected by AIG insurance), relying on a wide network of partners in the global venture capital market. And we are pleased to announce that the 1st quarter of the new fund's work was carried out in full accordance with the plan. During the reporting period, we closed a number of OTC transactions, each of which has already realized profits and made payments to customers.
